CASH+ gives you the liberty to keep up to all your short-term commitments and emergencies. It facilitates a simplified way to borrow cash and helps you deal with current financial requirements all by yourself.

We have partnered with NBFCs.

4. What is the product that CASH+ offers?

CASH+ lends credits ranging from Rs.5,000 to Rs.50,000.Please note that interest will only be charged on the amount you withdraw and not on the total credit limit granted.

• A selfie
• Current address
• Aadhaar copy
• Bank statement for 3 months
• Latest salary slip

Please ensure that the documents uploaded are clear and readable. CASH+ team will verify your details and based on your score you get a credit line approved. You can avail credit balance ranging from Rs.5,000 to Rs50,000 for 62 or 90 days

1. What documents are required for applying for a personal loan from CASH+?

Upload these 3 basic documents to get credit approved by CASH+:
• ID Proof: Aadhar, Voter Id, Passport
• Latest Salary Slip
• Last 3 months’ bank account statement where salary is deposited
We would also ask you to upload a selfie or a passport size photo as proof of your photograph. Please be assured that your information is confidential with us and will only be used internally. Upload the required documents on the app and please ensure that the images uploaded are clear to help us facilitate the credit lending process seamlessly.

CASH+ aids the lender in using its proprietary system to determine whether your creditworthiness and your documents depict that you are a responsible borrower. Please be assured this information is for internal use only. The security of your information is our utmost priority.

3. Do I need to upload these documents every time I request for a loan from CASH+?

No. Uploading of documents is a one time process that you go through when you install the app and register with us. Once you register with CASH+ and are eligible, you can borrow as many times you want.

4. What about collateral/security?

We require a signed cheque as a security, incase your NACH is not authorised by your bank.

5. What if I don’t need the funds right now?

No issue. Don’t withdraw any money if you don’t need it. There are absolutely no charges applicable if you don’t withdraw any money. You can enjoy the benefit of having a credit limit at your disposal for any financial emergency in future.

1.Who is eligible to apply for CASH+?

An individual between 21 – 55 years of age and earning a salary of minimum Rs.15000 is eligible to apply.

2. My loan application didn’t get approved. Why?

Loan application gets rejected only when required documents are not uploaded, false information is furnished, you lack a job or any means to repay. It can also get rejected in case your profile does not include the qualities required of a user of CASH+ or if we are unable to verify your information. Please note that this isn’t a reflection on your credibility, it’s simply that your profile does not fit as per our underwriting model.

3. Will I still get a loan if I don’t qualify as per your internal credit rating criteria?

No. We are sorry but the loan will not be granted if you do not meet the internal credit rating criteria.

4. Can I re-apply?

Absolutely! If you feel your application should be reviewed or if you believe that there have been material improvements in your creditworthiness since you last applied, do re-apply and we will look into it. However the approval remains solely at the discretion of the lender.

1. Does CASH+ charge any processing fee for loans taken?

Processing fee is charged for every loan from Rs.500 to Rs. 1000. The fees vary based on credit worthiness and repayment ability from the customers.

2. What are your rates of interest for the loans I take?

• Interest rate for a 62 days loan ranges from 2% to 2.75% per month.
• Interest rate for a 90 days loan is 2% to 2.5% per month.

3. Are there any hidden fees?

No. There are absolutely no hidden fees involved.

4. What happens if I miss the payment on due date?

• Late fee of Rs.50 to Rs.1000 for a month will be charged along with applicable interest rates.
• If payment is delayed by more than 15 days, the credit behaviour will be reported to Credit Bureaus through our partnered NBFCs.

1. Can I repay my loan before the due date?

Yes. You can repay your loan before the due date through NEFT/IMPS.

2. How can I repay the loan availed from CASH+? What are the different modes?

The loan amount has to be repaid back from the app through the payment gateway.The modes of payments through are Net Banking or UPI. You could also call us and inform us of a NEFT/IMPS payment that you can make against the loan.

3. Can I repay my loan through cash?

No. We do not accept any cash against the loan.

4. What if I change my bank account?

You need to inform us in advance before closing the account, as all your loan dues will be debited to registered account for auto debit. We have to re-process the auto-debit registration for the new account.

2. Once I download the app how much time will it take to complete the application?

Completion of application hardly takes 5 minutes and is based on your internet connection speed.

3. Will I get an approval even if I apply on a holiday or beyond banking hours?

No. Currently CASH+ works only from 9:30 to 18:30 from Monday to Friday.

4. How do I pay back?

Your loan amount will be auto-deducted from your account on the due date.

5. Is it necessary to set an auto-debit from our bank?

Yes. It is essential to ensure timely payment of funds and also to maintain a consistent and balanced credit line for you to avail on a recurring basis.

6. How can I reschedule or change/postpone my loan due date? Is it possible?

No, dates are non-negotiable.

7. What happens if I pay late?

You have to pay late payment charges for every day of delay.

8. What happens if I don’t pay back?

CASH+ will have to undertake legal steps to recover the dues not paid.

9. Will my credit history and credit score be impacted if I do not clear my dues?

In case you do not clear your dues, CASH+ will share your payment history with credit bureau and other agencies. This will have a negative impact on your credit scores and subsequent financing by other institutions.

10. How is the credit line decided?

Credit line is decided based on the underwriting model.

11. Will my credit line change under any circumstance?

Yes, based on repayment performance your credit line can be increased.

12. Is there a chance that my credit line might be revoked?

Yes, if the due amount is not realised, your credit line will be blocked immediately and will not be made active unless the due amount is realised.

13. Is it necessary to download the CASH+ app to apply?

Yes. CASH+ caters to its customers only through the app currently.

14. How do I know if my application is approved?

CASH+ app keeps you updated with your credit process at each step. As soon as your application gets approved, it will be reflected in your app.

Your information is kept absolutely safe. Please refer to our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with any marketing agency. We are legally compliant with all data privacy and IT security norms.

2. What security measures do you employ?

Your personal information is securely encrypted and multiple levels of authentication to view/access the data are provided in the platform. We also keep upgrading our systems with the latest in security protocols to be able to counter any cyber attack incidents. The platforms are hosted and monitored on world-class infrastructure.

3. How do I know my transaction and payment details?

All the information on transactions and upcoming money payments will be available on the CASH+ app. You will also receive SMS for the transactions made.

4. What if I uninstall the app or buy a new phone?

If you uninstall the app, you will not be able to use any of the functionalities provided by CASH+. However, the EMIs you owe will still be processed by the bank and all loan obligations on the amount withdrawn will continue. Also, we will not be able to remind you about your upcoming payments.Uninstalling the app will not be considered good credit behavior as we will not be able to remind you of your pending payments.
Once you buy a new phone, you can download the app again and sign in using your phone number. At that time, all your data will be automatically restored and you will continue with your CASH+ experience.

1. Can I refer my friends? Are there any benefits?

CASH+ lets you refer as many friends as you can provided they are salaried. You get Rs.200 off on your processing fee for each approved referral.
